"Kinjii Q" is a Certified Coach Practitioner, Ordained Minister, Licensed Esthetician with a Bachelor's in Metaphysics who focuses on Spirituality, Mind, Body and Beauty. Her motto is true beauty begins in the soul. Kinjii has a love and passion for helping others build stronger spiritual connections with themselves internally and the Most High Primal Source. She guides those individuals who have lost their faith, looking to find their purpose and wanting to live their life doing what they love to do. She also assists those individuals who have the desire to change their nutritional habits as well as enhance their overall image. She provides them with the tools they need to reprogram their conscious and subconscious mind utilizing universal language and laws, critical thinking of biblical scriptures, personal experience, meditation and self-exploration. Her military background has provided her with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from all walks of life. She is a firm believer in building your inner and outer temple and being confident in knowing that you are a light and have a choice in how you show up in the world! “When you experience love within yourself you exude love to others” -Kinjii Q- Remember feeling puts you in the moment so Own It! 🌹

Meet Nancy, a skilled training and development manager with 20 years of success developing new custom training programs, revenue acceleration programs, management development programs, online learning and in person facilitation. A strong project manager with a transformational flair for change management, executing lead generation programs, and building high performing teams from scratch. Nancy has extensive experience developing business plans, driving revenue generation plans, budgeting, P&L responsibilities including reporting earnings to Wall Street analysts. She has extensive experience developing custom training programs teaching over 600 customer service, sales and management teams and taught a large variety of corporations including Chevron, Qualcomm, BOMA, Honda, Interpol Police, and multiple healthcare providers. Nancy is a certified D.E.I Sales trainer, a 360 Leadership and DISC facilitator. Certified speaker, certified adult educator, certified Achieve Global sales training, and an adjunct professor from UCSD Rady School of Management teaching custom programs for Time Management and Meeting Management. Nancy has extensive experience with event organization and leading train the trainer programs. She is an active volunteer with vulnerable children organizations.

Cassandra is a speaker, philanthropist, actress, and spoken word poet. She was welcomed into the world of entertainment at an early age and has built a successful career for herself. She was welcomed into the world of entertainment at an early age and has built a successful career for herself. Upon returning to her roots in Houston, TX by way of San Diego, CA; the need for her gift was in demand. She has appeared in plays, films and television commercials for Academy, American Red Cross, H.E.B and Luby’s. As a catalyst for those in the arts of the entertainment industry; she dedicates her time to helping others obtain their dreams. Her journey is a story of survival, passion and perseverance that brings awareness to the unknown and unspoken realities of life that people normally experience on a daily basis. From trials to triumph; she has seen, heard, experienced and endured it all in her personal life and in business. Cassandra’s personal message of how she got to where she is now; writes the story of her “Blank Pages”; a poetry piece of her work that was submitted to the 2016 Grammy Awards for Best Spoken Word Artist. In addition, she advocates for youth & business professionals through artistic individualism while she continues to raise awareness for the needs of underprivileged communities through events, playwright, & philanthropic efforts. With over 20 years of grant writing & professional event planning skills, Cassandra has evolved into a "connector" beyond belief. She has harnessed her gift of connecting those that should be placed in alignment for the positive forward movement in today's professional marketplace. Her gift goes far beyond being classified as "The Connector" as she intentionally aligns like-minded professionals harmoniously according to energy, syncopation, and her connection with God. She layers her focus on pleasure and education with her energetic and engaging presentation style. When she is not teaching RIDEology or other sex ed classes, Goody walks the walk that DEI talks with her intentional approach to sex, gender, orientation, & equity in collegiate and corporate spaces.
